Owners on premises.
With the bedroom upstairs and the living room downstairs, one person
can sleep while the other(s) watch TV, make coffee or whatever.
Virtually no sound passes between the rooms.
The kitchen is built into an armoire in the living room; everything you need for snacks and
drinks is supplied. A small grocery 2 doors away offers the basics.

depending on season.
