This beautiful 2-bedroom condominium overlooks the championship golf
course of the Tara Golf and Country Club in the desirable area of
Bradenton, Florida. Tastefully decorated, fully furnished, and ready
to move in, it is the perfect place to call home during your
vacation.
Located in the Terraces of Tara, the condo is approximately 15 to 30
minutes from some of the most popular Florida beaches including the
famous Siesta Key, Bradenton,Longboat and Anna Marie Island
beaches.
The condo is centrally located to shopping, golf, fishing, boating
and other exciting Florida attractions. Or just walk out the front
door to enjoy a match of tennis or relax beside the heated pool.
The optional one-time $200 country club membership fee entitles you to one of
the best golf courses in the area, as well as heated pools, tennis
courts, workout facility, a fabulous restaurant, driving range, and
more.
Golf cost is $32.00 per person for 18 holes and $19 per person for 9 holes in season. Greens fees are included!

This condominium includes a large master bedroom with Queen-size bed,
walk-in closet and full master bath. This bedroom also includes
walkout access to a comfortably furnished, screened lanai that views
the golf course and a lake.  The second bedroom contains two twin beds
and is adjacent to the second full bath. There is a cot for one
additional guest. The bright, fully equipped kitchen contains an
eating nook and overlooks the dining/living area. The dining room
comfortably seats six. A full size washer and dryer are located in
the unit for your convenience. Free local phone service, upgraded
Cable TV and water are provided.

Electric utilities up to $100 are included.
