rack, dinnerware, seating for 8 with additional high chair for baby.

service, wireless internet, board games, gas fireplace, and great
views to the Pines from every room. Upper outside covered balcony
has natural gas Barbeque/Rotiserie and family picnic table for entertaining and
relaxing.

Holiday rates are a 3 night minumum - $199 per night. (Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, President's Day, 4th of July).
Weekly rate during the Christmas and New Year Holiday is $1150 Rates for multiple, consecutive months, are discounted 5%

No Security Deposit with credit card on file.
Note: There is a $250 Security Deposit when a personal check is used for payment. The Security
Deposit is fully refundable within 10 days after check out.

One Time Cleaning fee - $90

Lodging tax of 6.05% applied to rental rate

Small dogs ok with owner's permission (per dog $25 fee nightly/$100 weekly/ $200 monthly)
Additional $250.00 security deposit (2 dogs max.)
