Welcome to our Rotonda Vacation home! We have free high speed internet access. Our home was custom built in 2004 by Newport Homes. It is the "Picasso" model. It features a large eat-in kitchen, 3 Master Bedrooms, each with their own master bathroom and very large at that! Very spacious living room with enough seating for all. Plasma T.V. added by popular demand. The laundry room comes well equipped with washer, dryer,and garden sink. The pool is electric heated ($40.00 extra/week). However it is also solar heated at no additional charge. The very large pool and heated jacuzzi has an additional pool bathroom for added convenience. There is an outdoor patio table and chairs and sun loungers. The gas grill is great for
cookouts poolside. The home is situated among other fine homes in
the neighborhood. This home offers a very peaceful and private setting.
The Gulf beaches are only minutes away! We are in a great location
that allows you to travel to many great Florida destinations and to come
back home to tranquility and to your own private pool.
The home includes everything you can think of including Direct t.v.,
DVD player, t.v.s with cable in every bedroom, dishes, silverware, Bed linens, beach towels, ironing needs, hair dryers, a starter set of basic necessities and much, much more.
We hope that your family will enjoy our vacation home as much as our
family does. We only get to use it approx. 6 weeks per year. We hope to retire to beautiful Rotonda West one day. Please let us know if there is any thing that we may help you with. We look forward to hearing from you!
