The upstairs has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining
room and living room. Step right out onto the sun deck from the living room or from two
bedrooms. The sun deck has ample seating to enjoy the view of the beach
The downstairs  has 2 bedroom, 1 bath with large kitchen/living room combination. Fully equipped kithchen, 2 cable TVs and the built in dvd players. Washer and dryer. The swimming pool deck very spacios with a large charcoal grill. It has a patio table and lots of outdoor  chairs. The outdoor shower is nice with the hot water.

Both units include linens, washer and dryer, cable television, DVD, and Wireless internet  BothKitchens are fully
equipped with cooking utencils, dishes, microwave, coffee makers, blender.  Uppear Unit has 2 King size beds and one queen,an sleeper sofa.The Lower unit has one king, and one queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Only One small pet allowed.

enchanting eateries, exhilarating attractions and chic retail are all within driving distance.
Museums, theaters, galleries and parks are all available.
Panama City Beach may be best known for the emerald green waters and sugar white sand, but there is
a wealth of fun and exiting activities all around the beach! Frank Brown Park is a popular park on
Panama City Beach Parkway that has the brand new Panama City Beach Aquatic Center with kids� water
playground. Pier Park is an up-and-coming attraction to the beach, bringing up-scale family-oriented
shopping, dining and entertainment. This gorgeous vacation home is also located minutes away from St. Andrews State Recreation Area. The
park is one of the most popular outdoor recreation spots in Florida. There you can hike, camp, swim,
