A beautifully decorated South of Fifth 1-bedroom condo fully
furnished. This condo is in a quiet
area of the South Pointe neighborhood which is one of the most
popular spots in all of South Beach.
Walk to everything!!! This condo is conveniently located 3 blocks
from the beach and within easy
walking distance of the restaurants, clubs, and shopping for which
South Beach is famous.

Included with the condo are two beach chairs, four beach towels, one
suitcase style cooler with
wheels for the beach, all linens, a queen size platform bed with
Sterns and Foster mattress, one
queen size aero bed with pillows, full kitchen (with all utensils and
flatware/cookware) with
stainless steel appliances and granite counters, one full bar with
blender and all utensils. There
are two large closets, phone, 42 inch wall-mounted TV, and full
bathroom (all marble). A keyless
entry code will be provided to you for the week along with a
resident's parking pass.

A six moth rental is the minimum, and renting longer than six months
is fine as long as availability
exists.
We ask for a $300 (building key/security) deposit in cash that will
be refunded upon departure.
