Beach Block Condo w/ Pool in Brigantine

The condo is located on 43rd Street in Brigantine New Jersey. The unit is very bright and spacious
in the living, sleeping and eating areas. There is a queen size bed and queen size pull out sofa
bed with a new mattress located in the living room. We have a street side porch off the bedroom
and
one parking spot. The condo has a beautiful salt water pool and pool side seating. It is located
on the beach
block and there are four beach tags provided for the summer season. Wonderful place for anyone
looking for a
relaxing vacation with the best of the beach and pool just steps away.
No smoking.
No pets.

There are two tv's with cable and dvd players in the unit along with a kitchen and bedroom
cd/radio. There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in the unit. The kitchen has a coffee
maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, range and oven.

Brigantine Island is totally self contained with shopping, many wonderful restaurants, nightclubs
and danncing,live concerts,tennis courts, playgounds and religious services. There is Brigantine
Links Golf course and five marinas that provide all types of rentals(boats,jet skies, dolphin
watching and fishing excursions. In addition, you are a ten minute drive or cab ride to the
Atlantic City casinos,boardwalk and outlets.This is still New Jersey's best kept secret with a
year
round population of 12,000 and summer population of only 30,000.

During summer season; Memorial Day to Labor Day, the condo weekly rate is $975. The price is
negotiable during off season.
