New luxury condo on Lake Hamilton. Great rates! in Hot Springs

This brand new lakeside condo has everything a vacationer could possibly want, including a swimming pool with waterfall, a board walk, and quite possibly the lowest rates in Hot Springs for a new, 2 bedroom luxury condo.

This condo is luxurious, yet is also children friendly. The interior was professionally decorated by one of the finest interior decorators in Hot Springs. You simply won't find a nicer unit. Another great feature is the gorgeous view of Lake Hamilton from the patio, master bedroom, and living room.

There is a flat panel TV with cable and DVD player in the den and cable TV in the master bedroom.   The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a rain shower  in the master bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a walk-in closet. The bunk bed has a FULL size mattress on the bottom and a TWIN mattress on the top. In the guest bathroom, you'll find a jetted tub to help ease the aches and pains from a day of playing on the lake or shopping. Plus, there is a furnished kitchen for your convenience.

This condo is nestled away in a cove, just far enough from the busy waters and offers peaceful water that is perfect for tubing, skiing, and wake-boarding.

We are located right off of Carpenter Dam road. Oaklawn race track (horse races) is a short 10 minute drive. Shopping and the spas are located in the downtown area only minutes away, as well as a variety of restaurants. For nature lovers, Garvan Woodland Gardens is right down the road about 5 minutes from the condo. There is also a nice park/playground area called Entergy Park, just 1 minute from the condo. It's a great place to take the kids for a picnic and let them have fun in the shade.  There's also a boat ramp here for you to lauch your boat if you bring one.

For those of you who have kids of any age, you absolutely must visit Magic Springs family theme park during your stay. You can Google "Magic Springs" and check out their site. You can compare this theme park to a miniature Six Flags/White Water Park. A short 10 minute drive from the condo!
