Vacation Rental Description

This newly contructed 2BR cottage is located within a 2-minunte walk to a 
private family pool with adjacent toddler pool, an additional adult pool and jacuzzi, beach w/full 
time lifeguard, large fitness center(overlooking lake), basketball/tennis courts, playground, 
putting green, bocce/horseshoe courts, outdoor movie theatre, arcade and private resturant (not open 
to the public).

Cottage includes 2-bedrooms, (1 double bed, 2 twin-size 
beds), living room, kitchen, sun porch w/lake views.
   
Cottage sleeps 5 comfortably, NO SMOKING, NO PETS, ONE FAMILY PER RENTAL PERIOD.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully-stocked kitchen, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, Cable TV, VCR/DVD player, stereo, alarm 
clock, washer and dryer, bath towels and beach towels, blankets  
bed linens beach chairs, beach cooler.

• Long-Sought Pond’s clear waters are perfect for swimming, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. 
Residents may sign up to use Summer Village’s canoes and kayaks for free!
• Hiking trails lace through 105 acres of undeveloped woodlands and fields.
• Bike throughout Summer Village at the Pond and along the quiet back roads of Westford. Bike racks 
are located throughout the site.
• Pocket parks with fire pits are tucked throughout the village for spontaneous neighborhood

Vacation Rental Rates

June-August $2,000.00 weekly; ˝ due upon booking, ˝ due at check-
in.  $500.00 refundable security deposit also due at check-in.  

April, May, and Steptember $1,500.00 weekly (same terms)
