Rose Estates in Coos Bay

Rose Estates is a family vacation home and is ready to share its spaces to build your family
memories. Our family has enjoyed the property for years. There is so much to do in the local area,
your days will be filled with fun and excitement. The comfortable home will be there to greet you
and allow you to relax. The multilevel home has places for the family to enjoy solitude and the
excitement of a vacation. Once you come and visit, you will be sure to make this a tradition in
your family as well.
(There is a basement apartment also available for rent at a lower price. This unit has two bedrooms
and one bathroom and sleeps 4. A two night stay is $250 and entire week is$750. Deposits are
required as well. For two night will be $l25 and the week will be $300.)
A cleaning fee of $50 will
be deducted from your deposit. We now except Visa and Master Cards
only. The apartment is also stocked with everything like the multi
level home. Just bring your personal items and clothes for a wonderful
time.
Rent the entire three stories for your family reunions. Invite some
friends and share the cost.

The home is stocked with all you will need, just bring your clothing. All bedding, normal house
furnishings and supplies are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with the basic utensils and
supplies. The three bedrooms have a king bed, queen bed, and a full bed. A day bed is also ready
for use outside the master bedroom. An outdoor deck with a view of Coos Bay is ready for
entertaining. Satellite television is available in the main living room, as is DVD and VHS player.
WiFi has just been added for you. The phone is available for local calls only. A piano and boardgame
room is awaiting use.
Hairdryer, washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, microwave are just a few of the extras included.
Extra Maid service is available for an additional charge. We now have WI-FI available for your use.

This Antique decorated home is in an ideal location for all travelers.
Located one block off the historic highway 101, travelers can take several day excursions with
ease. North of the site just four miles is the famous Horsfalls Dunes. Further down the road in
both directions are several of Oregon's historic Lighthouses. Picturesque ocean views and sandy
beaches are 4-12 miles in either direction. The Mill Casino is one mile away. Local shopping and
eateries are within walking distance. Charleston and Shore Acres State Park are both just a short
drive. Deep sea fishing and fresh water lake fishing are both within ten miles.

This historic Victorian home features the character of CoosBay/North Bend Oregon at the turn of
the century. Beautiful views of Coos Bay can be seen from every window.
The multi-level home can easily sleep eight, additional people are at a per person rate. Stay for
two nights for $300 or $900 for the entire week. A security deposit of $300 is required for
the week. $l50 is required the two night stay. A $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from your
deposit. We now except Visa and Master Cards. Renters are expected to clean up after themselves and
leave towels and linens on the washer.
