necessities plus more. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and
direct Ocean Views . Property has private beach access. This unit
offers a spectacular view, a quick walk to the beach, and is pool
side. This unit is a No Smoking Unit that is regular inspected and
professionally cleaned. All linens are replaced each year and as
needed. Our guests have praised us for keeping a fully equiped "very

Ormond Beach is one of Florida's most pristine beaches with a near
perfect climate. This is a gorgeous Atlantic ocean no-drive beach
with beautiful coral colored sand. This semi-private beach offers

many Central Florida Hot spots: Daytona Beach (6miles), St.
Augustine (40miles), Orlando and Disney Parks (60miles), Kennedy
Space Center (55miles), Jacksonville(80miles).

1. Abide by all property (unit and complex) posted rules.
2. Cancellation Policy - 45 day notice required for
full security deposit return (25.00 processing fee is charged).
Less than 45 Day, more than 25 days notice will result in the
reduced return (50%). Less than 25 days notice will result in the
forfeiture of the entire security deposit. In all cases your pre-
paid rental payment will be returned. Special event weeks require 60
day notice.
3. Security Deposit Charges - written notification will be sent if
there are any security deposit charges due to damage(s) or charged
extra fees. Following the documented rules will ensure no extra
charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
