(taken from our dock!) Beach house located on Clearwater Beach.
Direct waterfront on the Bay with large dock. You have the best of both worlds here - the privacy of your own waterfront dock and yard, and the main beach just minutes away. You can enjoy tranquil days watching the array of boats sail by during the day, and tranquil nights with the harbor lights dancing on the water. Beautifully furnished, clean and very well equipped. Split bedroom plan. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a king, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and a queen size bed, along with a TV. 2 car attached garage with remote control.
Plenty of linens, cooking utensils,and dishes.
Kitchen includes dishwasher, disposal, microwave, oven, new fridge with freezer on the bottom, with ice maker,and of course, a blender for the Pina Coladas! Full size washer & dryer in the separate laundry room. Florida room is enclosed and provides a table for 4 for "breakfast on the bay". Otherwise, there is a
large dining room with seating for 8. Large dock with open water for
swimming, fishing or just taking in the Gulf breezes. Easy 3 min.
walk to the world famous sugar white sandy beach of Clearwater
Beach, shops, restaurants and lots of activities. Take a
cruise on the Pirate Ship that goes right by our dock every day, go
parasailing, or fishing on one of the many large fishing charters
also within walking distance. Walk to "Pier 60" where there is
music on the weekends along with lots of street vendors, magicians,
