Ft. of living area, including a Master suite, 2 additional bedrooms on the main level, 4th bedroom loft with bunks. 750 Sq. Ft. attached deck, just steps away from lakefront. Private single well dock with hoist and swim platform. Boat ramp on site, and at nearby resort and marina.
Bring your swimsuits, fishing gear, boat, waverunners, food & beverages. That's it! Everything else you need is there!

Boating, all water sports, great fishing, swimming. This is a deep, large cove, located towards the end where it's always quiet. If you want shopping, clubs, expensive food....get back in your boat or car for about 30-45 minutes. This is not the Lake's hot spot, which is why most of us old "Lakers" like it!!

Great vacation lake spot

My wife and two teenaged daughters just got back from 5 awesome days/nights at the Stuckey Lakehome. Mike was very accommodating with my many back and forth email questions. Even from a far he was a fantastic host. He mentioned to me that the home had everything we needed to feel at home and he wasn't kidding. It had everything from any utensil you might need to great lounge chairs to a charcoal smoker. The home was comfortable and the location was exactly as billed, very quite and secluded. The water was calm the entire time which made floating on rafts very relaxing. My only complain is that the time went way too fast!

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, romantic getaway

Very Nice Family Getaway

We were looking for a nice getaway location for our family to wind down the summer. This location was exactly what we wanted and needed. Upon our arrival, we were greeted very friendly and quickly were able to access the property. Since we brought our boat, it was wonderful to be able to access a very nice boat dock for our own personal use. A note that if you do bring a boat, take advantage of the options available to you for launching your boat as the property ramp is quite steep (but easily done and in great condition). The property itself was in pristine condition and very spacious and roomy. All appliances were in good working order. There was no internet access and cell coverage required you to go about 2 miles away for reception, but that added to the serene nature of the week. The water was calm and the cove was almost entirely protected from any rough water from the main lake. The neighbors were friendly and helpful as well! Also, there was a gas dock/grocery stop just a few feet away with very nice and helpful people. Overall, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away from the world for a while and connect with nature.

great lake rental home!

Great place for families. Truly agree with label "the way the lake used to be." Great place to avoid the craziness of 'party cove' and places like that for families. Spacious - living room and kitchen are awesome. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were nice - had spacious 'adult' rooms and then the KC Chiefs Room and loft were favorites with the kids! Place was well kept. Ability to do laundry is great for fams. Dock is great for swimming, fishing, laying out. Very big deck outside which was great - along with BBQ options. Calm cove with lots of safe swimming for kids and teens. Owner, Mike, was great to work with. Would recommend and will most likely be back again. Only downsides - if you want to rent a boat/wave runner it is too far away to rent them over night. You will have to drive by car to the place, rent it, and drive it around there for the day. We found a great place in sunrise beach - about 30min drive away, so still worked out great. Also - we had no cell phone service at the cabin....which was actually rather nice and made it feel more like vacation. :) If you drive about half mile away you can get some service. They do provide a land line.
Again - overall GREAT place!
