PPB Cottage Steps to the Beach in Point Pleasant Beach

Luckily, we sustained no Sandy damage. Updated cottage just steps from the Boardwalk includes 2 bedrooms, living room, sun porch, kitchen and one bath. House has central air conditioning.
The recent renovations include: vaulted ceilings, new central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with center island, modern bath.
RENTAL TO FAMILIES ONLY. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. ALL STRICTLY ENFORCED.
House is located in the popular bungalow section at the north end of town along a walkway that connects Ocean Ave to the Boardwalk. The house is two houses away from the Boardwalk (a 20 yard walk)and it has a peek of the ocean from the front door. It combines the closeness of feeling on the beach with much more privacy than being directly on the boardwalk. Very family friendly area and close to all the amenities of PPB including a beautiful, wide sandy beach and all the boardwalk attractions within walking distance.

2 bedrooms (one with full sized bed and one with twin beds).
Living Room Sofa has pull out queen sized bed. 
42" Flat Screen HD TV with DVD,VCR, and Stereo system
2 beach badges come with the rental.
1 off site parking spot (about 2 blocks or 5 minute walk from the house).
Just bring your own linens, towels and beach chairs.

Point Pleasant Beach is just 60 miles from NYC and boasts a fun, family-oriented boardwalk with amusements, games, and restaurants. Weekly concerts and fireworks on the beach. The charter fishing fleet along with great waterfront seafood restaurants are two blocks north. Great shops and restaurants all are within walking distance. Downtown Point Pleasant Beach (1 mile away) has fine antique and craft stores and more restaurants and food stores. The cottage is on a walking lane shared by other cottages; the neighborhood is extremely welcoming and very safe for young children.

2013 Weeks Beginning: August 3,10,17,24, 31: $2100/week.
2013 Weeks Beginning: September 7: $1800/week.
