This luxurious Key Largo home is truly spectacular with lush landscaping, an ingound pool/spa,  
covered patio area which is spacious and offers a gas BBQ, wet bar and overlooks the 70 ft concrete  
dock. On the first floor you will find a lovely complete living area featuring bedroom, bath, living  
room and kitchen. The second floor features 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 baths with a wrapaound  
terrace offering an ocean view.  There is a large family room and formal dining room plus a gourmet  
kitchen and marble floors. The master bedroom occupies the entire third floor and boasts a view of  
the ocean, private balcony with sitting area and an ensuite bath with a jacuzzi tub and shower  
jets.         

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool, Jacuzzi,70 ft concrete dock, fish cleaning station, laundry room, gas BBQ, high speed wireless  
internet, cable TV, DVD and much more.    

Activities and Attractions

We are conveniently located near restaurants, shops and grocery stores. All the amenities await you  
in Key Largo. Spend the day swimming with the dolphins or sea lions, take a glass bottom boat ride  
or casino cruise, rent a kayak,waverunner, canoe or peddle boat, take a trip to the family water  
park at the aquatic center, go on a World-renowned diving/snorkeling trip or feed the pelicans at  
the bird sanctuary. For the fisherman or woman there is offshore & back country fishing.  You can  
also charter your fishing trip right from our dock.  We have daily charters available upon  
request at additional cost on our 31 foot SeaVee which will guarantee a catch.
