Vacation Rental Description

This is a cozy, simple one bedroom apartment, with comfortable Parisian charm, in the heart of the  
Marais District. This one is an ideal spot to perch as you dive into this wonderful neighborhood. 
 
The apartment is located in the Marais, adjacent to the Village of Saint Paul, just two blocks from  
the Seine, and easy walks to the Louvre, Bastille, Places des Vosges. We are also very close to  
three different metro (subway) lines that make negotiating Paris very, very simple (Metro St Paul is  
the closest) 
 
Two easy flights up (sorry, no elevator) takes you to this fully appointed, and practical apartment. 
 
And, we offer FULL CONCIERGE SERVICES from a nearby hotel, that handles your housekeeping, meet-and- 
greet service -- and the concierge is available 24/7 should you need anything, including  
translations, reservations, use of internet, etc. as if you were staying at the hotel. For an  
additional fee, they can also arrange for private CHAUFFEUR pick up at the airport as well as  
breakfast at the hotel. 
 
So, why do I love this apartment? 
 
It's a good size - a comfortable full one bedroom. 
 
It has a great kitchen - stone countertops, fully equipped, perfect for a couple wanting to  
occasionally dine-in or cook-in. 
 
It is perfectly situated to enjoy Paris and a real Parisian neighborhood. 
 
The quiet bedroom offers a "sanctuary" feel, with a view over a charming small garden and inner  
courtyard. The courtyard is quiet and in spring and summer the vines are covered with brightly  
colored flowers. 
 
It's an exceptionally good value - 2 or 3 persons can stay here comfortably for a very reasonable  
cost.
