As we look to the future, we are happily accepting well behaved
children from 12 to 112 years of age. For those guests that require
options other than those listed below, please email us directly.

June - October 2009 = 795.00 per week
November - December 2009 = 855.00 per week
January - April 2010 = 1229.00 per week
May 2010 = 855.00 per week

If you require a shorter stay, please email us and specify your arrival
and departure dates and we will try to accommodate you. A three night
minimum stay is required.

Arrival/Departure day is Saturday, but this is flexible depending on
our bookings. Rates are in USD. Rental rates include all utilities,
wireless internet access (with your laptop), taxes and local phone.
Rates are based on the use of the entire house for upto five people.

Holiday weeks please add $150.00.  Holidays include: New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. 

Security deposit is $250.00. 

Payment Method: Money order, travelers checks, cashiers check, cash
or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 14 days or more of arrival date = Full Refund

Cancel 14 days or less of arrival date = 50% of rental fee charged or full amount of deposit collected prior to arrival date.

Deposit is required at time of booking;
balance of total due one week prior to arrival date.

Security deposit will be refunded/mailed
within five days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of property.
A one page rental contract will be emailed to you and must be completed
and returned with your deposit.
