tin shingle roof, this single family home has been accommodating 
visitors, owners, the curious and family for over 80 years.  This 
2,000+ square foot home under air will invite you to explore, relax 
and appreciate a bit of old Florida.  
 
Enjoying the great Florida weather is heightened with 8,000 square 
feet of garden area just outside the double French doors of the dining

Vacation Rental Rates

As we look to the future, we are happily accepting well behaved 
children from 12 to 112 years of age. For those guests that require 
options other than those listed below, please email us directly. 
 
January - March     = 985.00 per week 
April - May         = 650.00 per week 
June - October      = 495.00 per week 
November - December = 650.00 per week 
 
If you require a shorter stay, please email us and specify your arrival 
and departure dates and we will try to accommodate you.  A three night 
minimum stay is required. 
  
Arrival/Departure day is Saturday, but this is flexible depending on 
our bookings.  Rates are in USD. Rental rates include all utilities, 
wireless internet access (with your laptop), taxes and local phone. 
Security deposit is $250.00.  A cleaning fee of $105.00 per week  
booked is due before arrival date. 
 
Payment Method:  Money order, travelers checks, cashiers check, cash 
                 or PayPal. 
 
Cancellation Policy:  Cancel 14 days or more of arrival date = Full Refund 
                      Cancel 10 days or less of arrival date = 50% of 
                      rental fee charged 
 
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required at time of booking; 
balance of rental fee, security deposit and cleaning fee due one 
week prior to arrival date.  Security deposit will be refunded/mailed 
within five days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of property. 
A one page rental contract will be emailed to you and must be completed 
and returned with your deposit.
