Vacation Rental Description

This is brand new building. This is a condo hotel and the Hilton runs the hotel side. It is first 
class!! It has a full kitchen with graite and new appliances. The bed is all down comforters. High 
ceilings, bright colors and smack on the beach. Has a pull out bed for additional guests. 4. 

You are right on the pool level so you'll have an extended terrace (big patio). We are expecting all 
new outdoor furniture so the pic you'll see will be minus that. 

I am a private owner so I can be very competitive with pricing. Going direct could cost you twice as 
much. And please call me direct with any questions. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool, weight room, business conference rooms, restuarant, shops, etc.

This is a world class resort so you'll have everything you need. 

You are right on the Fort Lauderdale Strip, on the North end. So you have privacy and action is 
walking distance. Great location on the strip and on the beach. 

Vacation Rental Rates

175 a night, 1000 a week and 3000 a month. April 1-to October 31st

300 a night, 1800 a week and 6000 a month. November 1-to March 31st.

Does not include house cleaning and taxes (Approx 11%). Approx $50 for cleaning upon check out.

There is some flexibility depending on Availability.
