Enjoy your private beachfront ski chalet with beautiful mountain views on Pequawket Pond. A screen porch overlooks your private beach. A canoe is provided for your fishing adventures. For those chilli nights there is a woodstove for your enjoyment. Take advantage of the sales and tax free shopping at Settlers Green. This is a great area to go hiking and biking. There are 4 golf courses, theater, and numerous restaurants within a 10 minute ride. During Ski season we are 10 minutes to Mt.Cranmore, 15 to Attitash, 20 to Black Mountain, 25 to Wildcat, and 45 minutes to Sunday River and Bretton Woods. There are several snowmobile trails in the area.
The chalet has been recently updated with all the comforts of home. Bed linens, towels, new washer & dryer, microwave, coffee pot, pans,and kitchenware, 2 TV's, DVD/CD player, cable and wireless internet are all provided for your convience. Storyland and Santa's village are nearby.
