This charming apartment for vacation rentals is located in the heart of the Eternal City, on the
3rd floor of a lovely, characteristic 3 storey building, on Via della Luce, a picturesque alley in
Trastevere district.
The apartment, 80-square meters (860 SqFt), sleeps 11 and it's ideal for those looking for a
relaxing break away from the crowded city center roads and hotels but at the same time looking for
an accommodation in the centre of Rome. It includes 3 bedrooms (two triples and one double) a living
room with one double and one single sofa bed and Satellite TV set, a fully equipped kitchen with a
dining table for 14 people and a full bathroom with bathtub. From next May 23rd, a second full
bathroom with shower will be at your disposal.
Fully equipped and very comfortable, with air conditioning, the apartment is also well connected to
the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome.

Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow
cases (pillows & blankets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide you linen
for 10 euro per person (per change).
