Vacation Rental Description

Relax in our top floor condo located in the beautiful Ocean Sands Resort overlooking Rathtrevor  
Beach in Parksville, British Columbia.  Sitting on our large patio, admire the views of Georgia  
Strait, the majestic snow capped coastal mountains and Alaska bound cruise ships.  Three miles of  
sandy beach and the warmest ocean water in Canada lie at your doorstep.  Stroll on this beautiful,  
tidal flat beach for hours, discover star fish, sand dollars, tiny fish and crab in its countless,  
warm tidal pools.  Walk to a five star restaurant, drive a short distance to funky eateries, to  
stunning Milner Gardens and an old growth forest at Cathedral Grove.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our furnished condo has a fully equipped kitchen for six guests, dishwasher, microwave, gas  
fireplace, 1 TV, VCR/DVD player, CD player, hair dryer, free local phone service and reserved  
parking. The unit contains a queen size bed, 2 twin beds and a queen sofa bed.  
Resort amenities include a heated outdoor pool, playground, indoor hot tub, sauna and coin operated  
laundry.

Activities and Attractions

Take advantage of a wide range of activities for all ages, including whale and wildlife watching,  
touring local artisan galleries, caving at Horne Lake Caves, kayaking, biking, horseback riding and  
for the golf enthusiast, golfing at six world class golf courses located within 30 minutes.

Reservations:  
Secure your reservations with a $500 deposit for summer season and a $150 deposit for spring/fall.   
Full payment plus a $250 damage deposit are required on your arrival. 
Cancellation Policy:  
Cancellations 45 days in advance for summer bookings and 30 days for spring/fall will result in a  
full refund minus a $50 charge.
