***UPDATE***** the deck and porch are under repair and will not be fixed till August. So any rentals in July we will take $50 off per night, so if you just want a place to use and go boating without a deck to hang out on you got a deal! Front deck is okay 

Spacious new house located 10 minutes from I-85 and exit 2 in South Carolina (2 miles from the
georgia/sc line). Dock is on deep water, bring your boat or rent one from the nearby marina. 
overlooking the lake and beautiful trees. You can enjoy
swimming, skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, sailing or crusing on the beautful Lake Hartwell. Or fish
right off the dock! Lots of fun for a couple's getaway or for the whole family.
This house is 3 levels all finished. The master suite is located on the main level with its
private bathroom. The lower level offers 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Kitchen: Large stainless steel frig with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster
oven.
Other Amenities include: , central heat and air, ceiling
fans, washer & dryer, charcol grill, patio furniture, and deepwater dock.

The entire house is hardwood floors so no dirty carpet!!!

 DOCK: The house is on the lake with a shared dock with our neighbors, there is no private dock but there is a slip for renters if you bring a boat and a side you can fish and swim off!

Sleeping arrangements:  There is a queen size bed on main floor in master bedroom. . Downstairs there is a queen size bed in each room  There is plenty of extra space and unfurnished bedroom for sleeping bags/air matress.

Conviently located near I-85 only 1 hour from Atlanta and 45min from Greenville. Close to boat
ramps and large marina. 20 minutes from Clemson.

Summer: April-September
$175 per night - 7-night stay ($1225 total)
$195 per night - 4 night stay ($185 each addt'l night after 4th night)
$225 per night - 3 night stay
FALL / Spring: October - March
$185 per night - 2-night min. ($155 each addt'l night after 2nd night)

Deposit: 50% of rental amount is required at time of booking the reservation.
Balance of rent: Must be received 2 weeks prior to arival date.
PETS: Pets are allowed and welcomed! Two seperate fenced in yards with 6' privacy fence. The pet
deposit is $150 paid on a seperate check, that check will not be cashed and will be returned to you
as long as there is no damage to the house.
Non-refundable cleaning fee of $95 due at time of deposit. This is also the cancelation fee.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Will be required on a seperate check for any damages caused to property.
Policies:
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Smoking indoors is not permitted. Any renters
not observing policies will be asked to vacate premises without refund. A contract will follow
bookng of reservation.
Cancellation: Outside of 14 days prior to arrival date - $95 cancellation fee. Within 14 days of
arrival date - 2 night's rent charge.
