Courses, is 40 minutes away. St Augustine is 30 minutes away and makes for
a great day trip.

$1,300 - $1,800/week + 13% taxes + $200 cleaning fee + $500 security
deposit.
$3,000 - $3,600/month + 13% taxes + $200 cleaning fee + $500 security
deposit.
Monthly rentals are + full electric.
Minimum rental is based on 1 week.
Arrival is 4:00 PM and departure is 11:00 AM.
