Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy your vacation in style at the Casa de Carroll in Jacksonville Beach while just 350 
feet from the beach. This luxury townhome offers an excellent alternative to a cramped 
condo with limited parking with the two car garage and large double driveway. There is 
also an outside shower with hot/cold water that is enclosed with a privacy fence. 

Free wireless internet and long distance calls within the continental U.S. are included.

This new 2100 sf, 3 story, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath luxury townhouse is loaded 
with upgrades.

The first leval has travertine floors, a bedroom with queen-size bed, a wall mounted 
flat screen TV/DVD player and a full bath w/shower including a bench seat in shower.  
There is also a wetbar with a fridge. This is perfect for an older child or mother-in-
law.

The second level is the main living area and includes a half bath. The open floor plan 
has maple hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, built-ins and a queen-size sleeper sofa.  The 
kitchen has a refigertor, ice maker, double sink, granite countertops, double ovens, 
dishwasher, toaster, blender, microwave, eating/cooking utensils, a large walk-in pantry 
and a breakfast bar with 3 barstools.  The dining table seats four. The spacious 
family room has everything you need. You will love the gas fireplace with a 42" flat 
screen TV mounted above, surround sound and a DVD player. The large balcony off the 
family room has a generous view of the ocean and is a great place to sit back and listen 
to the ocean in the comfortable patio furniture or enjoy lunch at the table that seats 
four.

The third level is carpeted and has a large master suite, a third bedroom and a walk-in 
laundry room with a washer, dryer and sink. The master suite features a king size bed, a 
32" wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD player, a private balcony with a great view, and a 
large bathroom that includes full height/depth vanity, double sinks, granite tops, 
Jacuzzi tub, shower w/ bench seat, walk-in closet and private water closet. The third 
bedroom has a queen size bed, a wall-mounted flat screen TV/DVD player, and a full

Activities and Attractions

A short walk or bike ride will take you to the center of Jacksonville Beach where you 
can enjoy festivals with great food, music or enjoy classic outdoor moonlight
movies.  Great restaurants are located in the same area offering a
huge variety of delicious food and entertainment. Adventure Landing is within minutes 
and includes a large water park, go cart rides, mini golf, batting cages, laser tag and 
large game room.


The Jacksonville Beach pier, which is a quarter mile long and 20 feet wide, is within 2 
miles.  There are numerous golf courses in the area including the TPC at Sawgrass, home 
of The Players Championship.  The World Golf Village, Home of the World Golf Hall of 
Fame and Two Championship Golf Courses, is 40 minutes away.  St Augustine is 30 minutes 
away and makes for a great day trip.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates:
$1,200 - $1,500/week  + 13% taxes + $200 cleaning fee + $1,000 security deposit.
$3,000 - $3,600/month + 13% taxes + $200 cleaning fee + $1,000 security deposit.
Monthly rentals are + full electric.
Minimum rental is based on 7 nights.
Nightly rate in excess of 7 is $225.
