2nd bedroom  has King bed with ocean view from small private patio plus two walkin closets and access door to 2nd bathroom. 

3rd bedroom has queen bed and is across from 2nd bath.

Unit has  Large wrap around balcony with table, chairs, loungers with cushions. You can see ocean from both balconies. Cape Canaveral Fire codes don't allow gas grills at the unit so We supplied new Forman Grill.

Large foyer entry. Unit has 9 foot ceilings throughout the unit. Large laundry room with full size wash/dryer, utility sink and window. Lots of windows in this unit because it is an end unit.

Kitchen has granite countertops, double door refrig with water and ice in door, microwave, glass top elec clean stove, disposal, dishwasher,  small appliances and ample dishes and pots and pans. Everything you need is provided. Table and 2 chairs in kitchen. Trash shoot in hallway.

Dining room has dining table with 6 chairs. Everything you will need is furnished, just bring your clothes.  (All linens, provided.)

1 stall private garage under building (not just a space!) plus additional parking outside. This is a gated, secure community.  Ocean is only steps away. Complex also has heated pools plus a hot tub. 2 tennis courts and exercise room. All only steps from the unit.
