McQueeney, The Water Skiing Capital of Texas.  15 min to I35 & I10; 5 min by boat to Lake
Breeze Ski Lodge; 10 min to The Bandit Golf Course at Long Creek; 20 min to Schlitterbahn Waterpark 
in New Braunfels and historic Gruene, Texas; 45 min to San Antonio Riverwalk and San Antonio 
International Airport and 60 minutes to Austin, Texas.

Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal rates:  $250 per night (2 night min); $1,400 per week.
Holiday rates:  $300 per day (2 night min); $1,750 per week (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day)
Monthly is negotiable

Prepayment of Rental Fees

$300 security deposit to be refunded. $50 cleaning fee which can be deducted from the security 
deposit.
