Vacation Rental Description

Hilltop Estate sits on 9 acres assuring complete privacy and relaxation. A gated drive opens up to a 
tropical paradise. Fountains flank the columned grand entry. Spectacular views of the island and Buck 
Island to the east and more breathtaking views of the island and ocean to the west. Stone stairs lead 
from the patio through a garden walk to an extra large private pool.  A pool house with a sitting 
area, full bath, and refrigerator allows for ultimate enjoyment of swimming and sunbathing.

The estate is beautifully landscaped and has been compared to the Botanical Gardens on St. Croix. The 
gardens and views make it an ideal location for weddings or other events.  An orchid house is located 
off the main house patio.

Enjoy the lights of the island from the Master Bedroom suite on the second floor and watch the sun 
rise.  Or enjoy the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on the patio.  Each bedroom has it's own private 
full bathroom and air conditioner.

Hook your ipod up to the speaker system and control the sound on the patio, kitchen, and bedrooms 
individually.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Individual air conditioners in each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided, washer 
& dryer on premises, maid service mid-week, Charcoal BBQ grill on patio, Satellite TV (2), wireless 
internet connection.

Groceries can be pre-stocked for a small service charge as well as cost of groceries.

Not suitable for children. Pets not allowed. Rental car is recommended.

California King bed in Master bedroom, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed.

Activities and Attractions

Estate is located approximately 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to downtown, 3 minutes to get 
groceries, gas etc.

Island activities include: golfing, tennis, shopping, museums, sailing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, 
biking, swimming, sightseeing.

St. Croix boasts many fine dining restaurants, as well as local fare.

Vacation Rental Rates

April - Dec 12,2008 $300/night for 1-2 people, $550/nt for 3-4 people, $700/nt for 5-6 people
Dec 13,2008 - Jan 4, 209 $950/night for 1-6 people
Jan 5, 2009 - March 2009 $500 night for 1-2 people, $750/night for 3-4 people, $900/nt for 5-6 people

Rates do not reflect required payment of 8% USVI rental tax
Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed
Refundable damage deposit of $500 required
