SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH.

All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning units and the living area has a ceiling fan. The fully equipped modern kitchen with quality cooking utensils and a  dish service for 8, while the living room has cable T.V. and internet service.  The tropical courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy any of your meals or simply lay back in the loungers to enjoy the sun.  The entire home was completely renovated in 2008.

The property is within walking distance of all the tourist attractions
in the Golden Zone and is ideal for those who want the peace and quiet
of a home situated away from the night life. Within a 1 - 3 block
distance you can access a corner store, church (with English Service),
massage therapist, fitness center, beauty salon,sushi restaurant and a
large park (with a basketball court and a playground).

A short 5 minute walk further you are on the main street (Cameron
Sabalo) in the Golden Zone. Here you will find the many small tourist
shops, restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars and a surf shop. You are
now only steps away from the beach and can access it through any one
of a number of hotels situated on Cameron Sabalo or Playa Gaviolas (the
short side street that many popular night clubs and restuarants are
situated on).

Based on Quad. Occupancy (Extra Adults $10 per night)
All rentals require 50% deposit with full payment 30 days before
occupancy
Refundable Security Deposit of $300 is required
No Smoking in the house   

Cancellations: Full refund less $50 handling fee if cancelled 60 days
prior to arrival
(Cancellations made less than 60 days: Full refund less $100
handling fee only if another booking can be secured)

If you want to avoid the same old, same old vacation, in the same old all inclusive place, meeting only other tourists like yourself, if you like to be just a bit independent, this house in an upper middle class Spanish speaking area is perfect. It is beautifully furnished, immaculately maintained, with all the modern appliances you could want, yet within easy walking distance of BEACH, supermarket, clubs, restaurants and shops. I have stayed in many rental properties in the UK and Europe, but none was as comfortable, attractive and reasonably priced as this. It's a real home away from home - only better!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car

I have stayed in this property 3 times now and have found that it has everything I need. Our group enjoys having breakfast at the granite table in the patio area behind the home. It is beautiful there and in the evenings we sit,play cards and wind down from our activities of the day. The location of the home allowed us to quickly get to the beach, restaurants and the tourists shops but the home is a couple of blocks off of the main street so we were not bothered by the noise of cars, celebrations and tourist activities. If you are looking for a perfect vacation spot that offers more than a hotel Cerro Azul is for you.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

I have stayed here for vacations in Mazatlan a few times. It is a beautiful, spacious, clean house with three bedrooms and just a short walk to the beach. It has a well-equipped kitchen and the back garden is a beautiful relaxing space as well. The property manager speaks fluent English and is very helpful, with anything you might need. I love this house! We'll be back again, no doubt.
