Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful Magnolia/Gardenia home, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, den with queen murphy bed.  This home is 
close to the Chatham recreation center and family pool, an adult only pool, and a sports pool 
located at Mulberry rec. center. The roomy open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living room 
open to expanded lanai and view of the horse property. The Master bedroom has sliding glass doors to 
the lanai as well.

Master bedroom includes a king size bed, tv, cd player, 2 walkin closets, master bath with 2 vanity 
sinks, walk in shower, seperate water closet. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, with 2 nite stands, 
and the den has a built in queen sized murphy bed.

The home has ceiling fans in both bedrooms, den, living room, eating nook in kitchen, and 2 on the 
lanai.  

The Kitchen is fully equiped with a gas stove, microwave, side by side refrigerator with ice/water, 
dishwasher, under the cabinet lighting, and a table with four chairs in the breakfast nook.

An inside the home utitility room with washer, dryer, overhead storage cabinets, iron and ironing 
board, vacuum cleaner.  

The home is equipped with comcast cable tv with HBO surround sound and the den has cable high speed 
modem for use with your computer.

This beautiful home has it all, you will only need your toothbrush, clothes and transportation and 
we will furnish the rest.  

The Villages has every kind of activity you can imagine, and some even you can't imagine.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Appliances include: Gas range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Side by side refrigerator with Ice/water, 
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking equipment and small appliances.
Washer, Dryer, Vacuum Cleaner, Iron and Ironing Board.
Linens and Towels, 3 - Televisions,2-  DVD and CD players.
Local telephone service.

This home has everything you need to have a nice relaxing, enjoyable vacation.

Activities and Attractions

The Villages features nightly entertainment in two town squares with live bands, shopping, dining, 2-
eight screen movie theaters, bowling, boccie, pickleball, horseshoes, tennis and many more.
There are 20+ executive golf courses and 8-9 championship courses.  The villages charges a $50.00 
processing fee for 2 guest passes.  These may be used on the executive golf courses, and pools.  The 
championship courses require a fee.  There is a weekly announcment of available activities, too 
numerous to mention here.  It is safe to say though, if there is an activity you enjoy, it is 
probably available here.

Orlando is about 1-hour from the villages and Tampa, about an hour and a half.
