(sleeps 6) 2 1/2 baths.  Master bedroom has sitting area with ceiling to floor windows.  One car 
garage and one car driveway.  Oriole Beach Public boat dock and pier located 2 lots away.  Minutes 
from Pensacola Beach.  Close to grocery stores, restaurants, movie theatres and golf courses. Great 
family vacation spot!

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer: $800.00 (June, July, August)
Fall:   $700.00 (September, October, November)
Winter: $600.00 (December, January, February)
        $1400.00 monthly (November- March)
Spring: $750.00 (March, April, May)

The above rate does not include $250.00 Security Deposit, 10.5% Sales and Resort Taxes and $100.00 
cleaning fee.

Weekly Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday  Call for flexible dates (3 three night minimum)
Check-in time 3:00pm  Check-out time 10:00am

Rental Policy: 
Rental customer must be 25 years of age or older. No pets allowed.  No smoking allowed.

Occupancy:  
The total number of guests allowed is limited to six (6).

Security Deposit: 
A security deposit of $250.00 is required.  This payment will be refunded within 2 weeks of 
departure, provided there is no damage or theft to the townhome.  The security deposit or a portion 
of it will be used to offset expenses incurred if needed because of property damage, theft, or if 
additional cleaning and maintenance is required because of rental infractions.

Cleaning Fee: 
$100.00 cleaning fee. Townhome will be cleaned prior to your arrival.  Bath and bed linens are 
provided.  There are no beach towels provided or onsite cleaning services.

Reservations:  
To confirm your reservations, one half of the rent is due as a deposit.  The balance of the rent, 
including the taxes, securtiy deposit and cleaning fee must be received 30 days prior to your 
scheduled arrival date.  Payments may be in the form of Cashiers Check, Traveler's Check or Bank 
Money Order.

Refund Policy:  
Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a full 
refund of your rental deposit.

Severe Weather: 
If a hurricane or other extreme weather condition occurs during your stay, and Santa Rosa county 
issues a mandatory evacuation notice for Gulf Breeze, a refund will be issued and prorated based on 
the time of your depature from the property.
