Shadow Hills is a new Del Webb, Sun City development located in  
Indio. It is adjacent to La Quinta and Palm Desert and close to the  
Polo fields, Indian Wells Tennis Center, Bob Hope Classic, Highway  
111, and some of the best golf in the country. Palm Springs and the  
famous Cabazon Outlets are a short drive away. The local Indian  
casinos provide great gaming opportunities, fabulous buffets, and  
world famous entertainment.  
 
Our San Raphael model features 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, an office  
(wireless internet access included), plasma television with high definition cable a state of the art  
kitchen has beautiful  
granite countertops and convection oven. Professionally decorated in  
the "Tommy Bahama" tropical style, you will find this home to have  
everything you will want or need to make your stay most comfortable  
and memorable.  
 
Available for your use is the beautiful Shadow Hills Golf Club.  Long  
term guests may use the brand new clubhouse with pools and planned  
activities to meet your  
every interest.

clubhouse

fitness center, aerobics and dance studio, outdoor amphitheatre,  
grand ballroom, arts & crafts room, billiards room, card room, hobby  
room, biking trails, cafe and library.  
 
Play golf at the world-class Shadow Hills Golf Course. Our home sits  
on the 3rd hole of this par 70 championship course with incredible

Hills Golf Course.  
 
Though the club is new, there are new clubs starting up regularly.  
Play bridge, pinochle, mah jong, golf, or pan.

Activities and Attractions

The desert has so much more than great shopping on El Paseo, dining  
at world class restaurants and viewing famous tournaments such as the  
Bob Hope Classic and Indian Wells Tennis Center. You can also enjoy  
many of the festivals including art and music festivals, Balloon  
Festival, Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival,  
International Salsa Festival, Indian Powwows, and the Tamale Festival. 
  
Take time to visit the many museums and art galleries, view the  
mountains, ride the tram to the top of San Jacinto, and ride horses.  
You can also try your hand at the Indian Casinos. So many choices!!
