This amazing 6000 square foot home is located right ON Terry Peak Ski Area's Stewart Slope in the
Black Hills of South Dakota. It is perfect for reunions, birthdays/anniversaries, corporate or
religious retreats/events, large family gatherings, wedding parties and much more.

Peak1 features 5 bedrooms with king beds; all with their own flatscreen tv/dvd/sat, bathroom and
deck. Two of the bedrooms have jacuzzi tubs in their bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen fold-out couches.

The loft includes an flatscreen tv, wetbar, a queen fold-out couch and a large bunk bed
with queen on bottom and full size bed on top.

The game room has a flatscreen tv, wetbar, fireplace, game table, foosball table and large
queen/full bunk quietly hidden beneath the staircase.

The hot tub is located on the bottom level off of the game room.

Our kitchen is supplied with everything from a garlic press to a pizza stone that will help you make
a delicious dinner. We have granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and double ovens. We
have a grill off the back patio.

The finished triple car garage can house your cars/trucks/trailors or can be used as a conference
room. It is heated and boasts a refrigerator, sink and countertops for a buffet. We supply 6 round
tables and 36 folding chairs for your meal or meeting.

Just a few year-round activities include downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sightseeing,
snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, fishing, fly-fishing, golf, biking, hiking, Deadwood gaming!

Fall/Spring: $700/nt   $850/nt for holidays. 2 nt minimum, 3 nt minimum for holidays.

Winter: $850/nt         $950/nt for holidays  3 nt minimum weekends and holidays

Summer: $850/nt      $950/nt for holidays  3 nt minimum on all summer stays

$225 Cleaning Fee
5.5% tax on total  3% processing on all reservations.
