remodeled according to the highest standards, just like what can 
already found in Le Citadin I. So, hurry up to book a great 
apartment in the up and coming neighborhood of Little Italy at a 
very affordable price.

Le Citadin II is a fashionable apartment that puts the best 
of Montreal at your doorstep. This cozy and comfortable 
residence is located on the second floor of a quiet duplex typical 
of the 1920's. This european style apartment has soaring 10 ft. 
ceilings, hard wood floors embellished with pretty rugs. The recent 
renovations offer the comfort of today's apartments while preserving 
its old character.  

Located in the heart of Little Italy, Montreal's most vibrant 
neighborhood, at two steps from the metro station and the Jean-
Talon market. Envisioned for the urbain explorer, happy 
travelers and business people of this world, Le Citadin is the ideal 
place to stay in Montreal. 

Le Citadin II offers you a residence of two and a half rooms 
totalling 550 sq feet ( 50 m 2). It is composed of a comfortable 
open area used as a fully equipped kitchen and living room. The 
bedroom is separate and has a Queen size bed. The bathroom has a 
large shower.

What a lovely place, my mom did not exgerate at all. It is 
everything she said and more! As always Montreal is a fantastic 
place to be, but your apartment allowed P & E to feel like we were 
at home. E. And P loved your bathroom facilities and E though of it 
as his own water world. Thanks for your hospitality and kindness. We 
will see you in August!
It’s true, the bathroom is the best! 4 shower heads, WOW! Travelling 
as much as I do, this was a great experience. J, E and I also loved 
the Montreal Monopoly and getting stuck in «congesttionne» Thabks a 
lot!

trains& where to eat. Each time we went out for the day to 
sightsee / shop etc., we knew we would come back to a comfortable

Jean-Talon - great coffee, danishes & produce! Thank you so much for

Citadin is centrally situated in this trendy and delightful 
neighborhood. This area, very well served by public transportation, 
is also accessible by car or bicycle... The joy to live in such a 
neighborhood is understood upon arrival.

Our area is proud to shelter the largest public market in North 
America. You will also find gourmet restaurants and  fashion 
boutiques on St-Laurent Street and in walking distance to Jarry 
Park, popular for its world class tennis, the Rogers Cup...

Moreover, this neighborhood is easy access to downtown, only 2 
minutes are needed to walk to the Jean-Talon metro station...To be 
there 10 minutes later...

Not to forget that it is located at only 20 minutes from Pierre 
Elliott Trudeau (Dorval) airport.
