One Week Rate $400.00  
Two Weeks Rate $800.00 (parking included)
Three Weeks Rate $1000.00 (parking included)

A security deposit is required for rentals of one month or greater.
A 13% hotel tax is required.
A $50 cleaning fee is required at the end of your stay.

** 50% payment is required in U.S. currency in the form of personal check or money order, Visa/MC 
thru Paypal and must be received 14 days before arrival date. Balance is due upon arrival.
