Two king beds, two twin beds and 1 twin luxury futon. Twin beds can
be converted to king prior to
your arrival. So...essentially, we can sleep 6 adults in 3 high-
quality king beds with luxurious
linens and one other adult in the luxury futon.

Minimum Stay Requirements:
Two-night minimum: Jan 5 through May 31 and November 1 through
December 20(exception:
Thanksgiving).
Three-night minimum: June 1 through October 31
Four-night minimum: Thanksgiving week beginning Wednesday through
Sunday and Christmas week
beginning December 21 through the New Year to January 4.
One-night may be booked if within two weeks of date required.� A
rate of $325 for the night plus
$400 deposit, and cleaning fee of $125. Additional fees & taxes may
apply.
Rates:
$250 per night (2-3 nights)
$235 per night for 4-6 nights
$1,575 Weekly (7 nights) and any additional nights $220 beyond the
first 7 nights rental.
$2875 Two Weeks (14 nights)
$5,000 Monthly (4 weeks)
$125 Cleaning Fee
2% Processing Fee
$400 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit
