Vacation Rental Description

This fully furnished home with over 1900 square feet is in a gated 
community that offers a swimming pool, jacuzzi, club house and tennis 
courts and gym with near by golf courses.  Bring your bikes!  The 
backyard sits on a beautiful private lake that 
is very serene and catch and release fishing is allowed. Motorless 
boats are allowed in the lake for activity. The lake is very deep and 
is not for swimming.  Backyard patio is equipped with patio furniture 
and barbque.  2nd story patio with cocktail tables and chairs for view 
of the community or just to relax and watch the stars. 
3 car garage with one boat deep.  3 bedroom/2.5 bathrooms.  Master 
bedroom has queen size bed with private bathroom/sauna tub and 
separate shower and closet ( TV and DVD player in Master )2nd bedroom 
has 3 twin size beds with closet and television.  3rd bedroom has a 
queen size bed and dresser.  Linen provided.  Washer/Dryer hookups 
inside laundry room in house. 
Living room has big screen TV with DVD player, and fireplace.  Kitchen 
if fully equipped with pots,pans,plates,cups,coffee 
cups,utensils,coffee maker,toaster and microwave.  This is a 
non-smoking house.  Pets are welcome with additional fee and contract 
to rent to be signed by responsible parties due to backyard lake and 
responsible for missing and broken items. Please pay attention to 
picture of how close the lake is on the backyard.  If your dog is 
active and a swimmer he will jump in the lake and get out.
