*A two bedroom, one bath centrally air conditioned bungalow with: 
*A master bedroom (queen sized bed) decorated in an airy and serene decor; 
*A guest bedroom (two twin sized beds) that is whimsical and fun; 
*A richly appointed living room with TV, DVD and CD player; 
*A reading area with extra sleeping arrangements for additional friends (queen sized futon with  
overstuffed mattress); 
*An informal dining area to enjoy home cooked meals; 
*Fully equipped kitchen; 
*Brand new laundry facility on site; 
*Your very own side porch complete with a bar area for morning mimosas and the occasional bloody Mary; 
*A lush and tropical backyard with lounge area for sunning and an additional outdoor seating area to  
relax and read the morning paper surrounded by a wall of jasmine flowers; 
*Plus all the basics you need including central A/C, hair dryer and ironing board.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is a private two bedroom, one bath house with carport and lush backyard. The house is tiled  
throughout, with double french doors leading to the side porch and the backyard. Fully equipped  
kitchen, and all the basic linens/towels included.  Cable TV, DVD and CD player are also included, as  
well as hair dryer, and ironing board. Sleeps six.

offer is its ideal location! 
 
Located less than two miles from the Atlantic ocean and near the Town of Lauderdale by the Sea, The  
Elias Beach House is only minutes away from Wilton Manors, Downtown Fort Lauderdale including the  
famous Las Olas Boulevard and Riverwalk. It is conveniently located three minutes east of I-95, and  
approximately 20 minutes north of the Fort lauderdale Airport and Port Evergaldes. If shopping is  
whatthrills you, the Galleria Mall is only 10 minutes away, and the gigantic Sawgrass Mills Mall is  
approximately 30 minutes to the west. If you enjoy nature or the arts, the Beach House serves as easy  
access to the Everglades, Butterfly World, the Morikami Museum and the Norton Museum of Art.

Vacation Rental Rates 
 
Season: December 1st-May 31st 
Off-Season: June 1st-November 30th  
 
Weekly: $1,150 (Season); $900 (Off-Season) plus 11% tax 
 
Daily: $175 (Season); $135 (Off-Season) plus 11% tax 
 
Rates are for up to four guests. The house comfortably sleeps six.  Additional guests are $15 a day.  
Pets are allowed but require a $150 refundable deposit. Cleaning Fee: $75
