Overlooks the 13th fairway, and the sunset is beautiful from the hot tub, with a cool drink in hand!
This cozy cottage is conveniently located in the Village of Nags Head, a soundside golf community,
but is also convenient to the ocean as well. At MP 14, fine dining and shopping are at your
fingertips, as well as parasailing, Go-Karts, miniature golf, and of course plenty of good fishing!
Master bedroom and bath on lower level with private deck. Two bedrooms on middle level, one with
queen and one with two twins, bathroom, and washer and dryer. Family room (with queen sleep sofa)
and kitchen on upper level, and a deck with hot tub and sound views. Comfortable furnishings and
beds, and each bedroom has a TV with cable. High chair, baby gate and porta crib on premises.
Outside shower and plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, boogie boards and other beach
necessities provided for guest use. The Village of Nags Head has two soundside parks that are
perfect for crabbing and kayaking, and also have dock access for sailboats or other small size
boats/water rec vehicles.
