beach action.  Just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and strand!  
Volleyball and Surfer's Paradise! 
No rental car needed and only $20 cab fare from LAX.
This apartment is adorable and all about location!
One bedroom with comfortable queen bed and 1 bath (couch is pretty
comfy for third person or child).
Enjoy the fantastic moderate summer climate and low humidity of 
Southern California beach living.
No smoking, No pets and No parties.

rollerblades. 
Within a few blocks are dozens of great restaurants, coffee shops and
bars for your entertainment.
Movie theaters are just about a mile away, and you are only
2 miles or $5 cab ride to Hermosa Beach's Pier Plaza.  
10 minutes to King Harbor in Redondo Beach or 20 minutes to Marina 
delRey Harbor for sailing, kayaking, fishing charters, dive 
charters and boat rentals.
Approximately 30 minute drive to Disneyland, Universal Studios, 
Santa Monica, Staples Center, Hollywood, Rodeo Drive, Colliseum, 
and Angel Stadium. Rose Bowl and Pasadena 45 min drive.
Easy access to 405 and 105 freeways gets you anywhere in LA fast.
