Bal Harbour; Close to fine restaurants, food markets, banks and convenience store; A short distance 
to houses of worship; Minutes to Hollywood’s vibrant downtown area, Las Olas and downtown Ft. 
Lauderdale; Easy access to Ft. Lauderdale Int’l Airport and Port Everglades; A short drive to the 
exciting South Beach nightlife and Miami International Airport.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Cancellation of a booking at any time will result in forfeiture of 
deposits and payments made. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as 
follows:

14 – 23 days prior to arrival 50% of rental amount is charged
3 – 14 days prior to arrival 75% of rental amount is charged
0 – 3 days or less prior to arrival 100% of rental amount is charged

Check in is at 3PM , however is apartment is available we can check you in earlier.Also check out is 
10 AM .If apartment is not rented you can make a late check out.You will be informed one day before 
arrival upon inquire
