Dollar security deposit is required and is fully refundable within 10 to 14 days of departure. 13

(placed and held on the calendar) the deposit and lease agreement is needed 14 days before arrival.
The remainder of the funds including all rental monies, taxes, and cleaning fees are to be paid five
