Vacation Rental Description

Lovely home with complete privacy fence and beautiful foliage providing your own tropcial oasis.   
Enjoy 1700 square feet of open space with double french doors to an 800 square foot screened lanai  
and heated inground pool with waterfall.  The garden flowers year-round, attracting the most gorgeous  
butterflies and birds, sometimes even including wild parakeets!  This house is perfect for relaxation  
and warmth and green every season of the year! 
 
Beautifully decorated bedrooms with down comforters and pillows, high quality threadcount sheets and  
blankets, thick towels, a large open floor with bedrooms on opposite ends of the home for added  
privacy.  There is an extra full refridgerator in the laundry room affectionately dubbed "the beer  
fridge".  Bedrooms have a tv, and surround sound is available in the livingroom for your music or  
movie watching pleasure with a combo DVD/VCR and 200+ cable channels.  Although lets face it, how  
much TV should you really be watching when you can walk 5 blocks and watch the sunset over the  
intercoastal waters.   
 
The Pinellas Bike path is one block away, Hammock Park complete with tennis courts and golf frisbee  
is just around the corner.  Be sure to visit St. Andrews church on the way, it is gorgeous and full  
of history.  The St. Andrews golf course is 1/2 mile away.  Honeymoon Island, ranked the #1 beach in  
the transcontinental US in the ratings published by reknowned "Dr. Beach" (Dr. Stephen Leatherman)  
who anually ranks US beaches, is a mere 2 mile bike ride, walk or drive.  Clearwater beach is a short  
7 mile drive south on lovely alternate 19.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Forget hotels!  Why fight that crowd when for the same rate, you have your own private parking, with  
room for boat storage, custom kayak racks, your own pool toys, a doggie run for your best friend, and  
all the privacy that could never be afforded by hotel rooms.   
 
The brand new stainles steel appliances include a kitchen fridge with ice and filtered water in the  
door.  All kitchen tools are included, plates, utensils, pots/pans, ice bucket, microwave, blender  
for frozen drinks, knives, cutting boards, etc. 
 
Pool is heated and screened.  Please no glass!  Plastic cups are provided. 
 
Gas grill for your outside cooking pleasure, table and charis for dining outside in the lanai. 
 
Dart board, pool toys, outside bar. 
 
Large open floor plan, formal dining table inside. 
 
Play the piano?  Perfect!  There is a working piano in the "reading room", along with many books for  
your reading relaxation.  Several movies are also on premises.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, tennis, golf frisbee, bike path, Hammock Park for strolls, nearby beaches, sailing lessons from  
Dunedin Marina. 
Downtown Dunedin's charming shops and yummy restaurants - don't miss Kelly's! 
Nightlife - play pool at Eddies, or dancing at Blur in downtown Dunedin, or perhaps fish and chips  
and a Guinness at Flanagans. 
Seasonal activities at Dunedin Community Center on Michigan Blvd. include the "Highland Games", and  
several festivals throughout the year. 
Art and craft shows in downtown Dunedin.

Vacation Rental Rates

Short-term rentals available for business professionals, please inquire. 
Seasonal rates based on Sunday to Sunday occupancy, longer term rentals available. 
All rentals require a refundable deposit of $300. 
Small dogs ok, there is a dedicated "doggie run", requires an additional refundable deposit of $150.
