Beachfront - Very Nice Home and a Great Value! in Galveston

O'ahu O'Makai or "The Gathering Place by the Sea." Bring family and
friends for fun, rest and relaxation to this newly renovated
beachfront home. Enjoy tranquil sunrises over the beach and
spectacular sunsets on the bay from the vistas of this contemporary
style home. The home features 3 bedrooms, two full baths and
accommodates 10 comfortably. This newly remodeled home features all
stainless steel appliances, corian countertops, new windows and doors,
flooring and paint. We are located in Sea Isle on the beautiful west
end of Gavleston Island. Come enjoy the spirit of Aloha in Galveston,
Texas!

Bedding consists of 1 King and 2 Queens in the Bedrooms, 1 Full
Sleeper in the Loft and 1 Queen Sleeper in the living room. A "Pack n
Play" infant crib/playpen is also provided.
Fully equipped brand new kitchen with all appliances and utensils.
Direct TV, DVD and VCR, a selection of movies, wireless internet,
central air/heat, free local and long distance phone, dishwasher,
microwave, washer/dryer, linens and towels provided, charcoal
grill(BBQ), beach chairs.
There is a large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a private
path to the beach. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower after
an afternoon of laying in the sun, swimming in the Gulf or fishing in
the surf.
We only rent to families and responsible adults at least 25 years of
age. No parties are allowed and no smoking please.

Local attractions include the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast of
Texas, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbaun water park, the Historic Strand
for sightseeing and shopping, restaurants and much more.

The minimum stay is 2 nights (during the summer months the minimum
stay is a week with check-in on Saturday).

These rates are your total cost (includes linens, cleaning fee and the
15% Hotel tax!) which makes this the best value on the beach. Add
additional nights to your 2 night stay for only $150 for each
additional night.
