Dolphin Alley - Beachside Home with Private Pool, Pets ok in St George Island

Dolphin Alley is a spacious vacation home across from the beach
providing your family with a fantastic view of the Gulf in the
private and gated Plantation neighborhood. The beach access is extremely
convenient and located just 50 steps from the end of the driveway. The
private pool in the rear of the house is attached by boardwalk and
provides your group with a private experience segregated from the
street and other homes.

The house is a split level design which limits the amount of interior
stairs and provides a very open environment for the family, and makes
it easy for children and seniors.

Sleeps 8-10: 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 set of bunk beds (2 twins),
1 queen sleeper sofa

Four bedroom two bath beachside home with sun and covered
decks, multiple TVs, VCRs, DVD, and stereo, hardwood floors,
washer/dryer, park style charcoal grill, and private heated pool.
There is and enclosed outdoor shower and an outdoor fish cleaning
area. Linens & towels are provided.

The Plantation offers a community pool, tennis courts, miles of
walking/ biking trails, and un-crowded sandy beaches.

Wonderful seafood restaurants are located on the
island and in nearby East Point, Apalachicola, and Carrabelle. In
addition, enjoy nine miles of scenic beauty in St. George Island
State park located at the eastern end of the island.

Island activities/attractions include an un-crowded white sand beach,
great for sunning, swimming, walking, fishing. Abundant birds and
marine life viewing (you will regularly see herons, dolphins,
pelicans and seagulls) boat rentals, deep sea fishing, ocean kayaks,
bikes, tennis, and horse back riding. Access to Bob Sikes Cut for
spectacular inshore fishing.

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday, and a minimum 4 night stay is  required.

The costs are inclusive of all fees however they are subject to 9%
State/Local Sales Tax.

There is no charge for pool heat when the full rate is in effect
however, Pool heat must be requested in advance. Pools are not heated
in January, February, June, July, August or September, and it may not
be possible to heat pools when temperatures average below 60 degrees.
Maximum achievable water temperature is 80-82 degrees.

Complimentary travel insurance is provided with every reservation. A
brochure explaining the benefits, exclusions and limitations will be
sent to you with your confirmation.
