Seascape Resort is a 300 acre beachside resort offering a variety of activities. In addition to a
dedicated 2000' beachfront (and after a recent beach reconstruction, the deepest, most spacious
beach in the area), the resort features a championship 18 hole golf course and one of NW Florida's
premier tennis facilities. Five pools are available on the property, with two of the pools just
steps from the condo.
All of the necessary beach "stuff" is provided for your use. (Chairs, umbrellas, floats, coolers,
boogie boards, sand toys, etc.) Beach service is also available.

In addition to the beach, golf and tennis, you are located two miles from the Silver Sands Factory
Stores, the nation's largest designer outlet center. From Gap to Polo to Sak's Fifth Avenue, from
Oneida to Lenox to Waterford Wedgewood, or Fossil to Coach to Dooney & Bourke, you will find deals
unavailable anywhere else. Over 200 restaurants are located within 30 minutes of your condo.
