home has it all. Relax in the ocean view living room, read on the enclosed master deck or take the
private stairway directly from your house to the beach!

This charming 2-level home has plenty of room for a family and guests with a master bedroom, bunk
room and extra little sleeping nook off the living room. It also has a fully equipped gourmet
kitchen, hot tub and pets are welcomed.

This home has a wraparound view of Sunset State Beach and it is just a two-minute stroll down a
private path to the waves from the downstairs deck. It has three bedrooms and a fireplace with free
firewood and Cable TV. The oceanfront deck has a barbeque, outdoor fireplace & patio furniture. It
overlooks the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary and the dolphins, whales and shore birds that abound.
The large kitchen is fully equipped including a gas stove, microwave, all dishes & cooking items.
This homes master bedroom, with a queen bed, has French doors that open onto a sheltered deck with
sweeping views of the arroyo greenbelt, cypress trees and whitewater. The second downstairs bedroom
has two built-in twin bunks and a double futon daybed. The tiny third bedroom off the living room
has a twin daybed and the living room futons make up as 2 extra queen beds. With a total of 3
bedrooms and 2 baths there is plenty of room for family entertaining but also has good separation
for quiet beachfront reading and contemplation.

A new Hot Tub has been installed ovngerlooking the Beautifulk Blue pacific Ocean. There is wireless
internet and many fun activities surrounding the area including, Beachcombing, Swimming, Hiking,
Whale Watching, Shopping, Museums, Golf, Boardwalk, Roller Coaster
