panel TV in living room, high speed wireless internet connection provided, washer/dryer, charcoal 
barbeque, 2 fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, dishwashers, disposals, microwaves, ovens, 
ice maker, coffee maker, blender. Additional bedding provided for your little ones upon request. 
Ample parking for 4 cars. Linens, towels and house wares provided by owner. Wrap around deck with 
shaded patio furniture, beach chairs, coolers, sun umbrellas provided.

Minimum stay: Memorial day through Labor Day - 1 week minimum 
March:5 night minimum.
Labor Day through February 28th 3 night minimum except holidays.
