Vacation Rental Description

Gated community on St. Augustine Beach.  Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished condo on the 3rd 
floor with cathedral ceilings.  Building does have an elevator.  One bedroom has a queen-size bed 
and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds.  The couch in the living room pulls out to provide an 
additional queen-size bed. There is a TV with cable in the living room and each bedroom.  The living 
room has a DVD player and the 2nd bedroom has a VCR player.  There is a stereo in the living room.  
Beach chairs, floats, boogie boards and sand toys are provided.  

Condo has washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils for cooking, 
blender and iron.  Unit does have a balcony.   Cable, electric and water is included in rental fees. 

Complex has 2 swimming pools - 1 is heated, Jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, clubhouse with library and 
exercise room, 4 shuffleboard courts, wireless high speed internet access in library. There is 
security that patrols the complex.

Summer Season Rates (3/15 - 9/15): Daily: $160 Weekly: $750 Monthly: $2,125
Winter Season Rates (12/1 - 5/15): Daily: $150 Weekly: $625 Monthly: $1,775
Off-Season Rates (9/16 - 11/30): DAILY: $110 Weekly:$500 Monthly: $1,300

$70 Cleaning Fee 
$200 security deposit required to secure a reservation
