vacation rental description
Gated community on St. Augustine Beach. Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished condo on the 3rd floor with cathedral ceilings. Building does have an elevator. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room pulls out to provide an additional queen-size bed. There is a TV with cable in the living room and each bedroom. The living room and master bedroom has a DVD player. There is a portable stereo in the living room. Beach chairs, floats, boogie boards, sand toys and tennis rackets are provided in unit for your use. There is also a beach buggie to haul everything down to the beach.
Condo has washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils for cooking, blender and iron. All linens are provided. Unit does have a balcony. Cable, electric and water is included in rental fees. Wireless high speed Internet (WIFI) available in the unit.
Complex has 2 swimming pools (pool closest to the unit is heated), 2 tennis courts, 4 shuffleboard courts, a picnic area with BBQ grills, picnic tables, and horseshoe pit. The clubhouse has a library with a public computer that has Internet, WIFI, and a small gym. There is 24-hour security that patrols the complex for your safety.
The condo (L-31) is in Ocean Village Club complex that is located on St. Augustine beach and is in the 4th building from the beach. Since we are in a gated community, there is no through traffic and no major roads to cross to get to the beach.

Nearest airport: Jacksonville, FL (just over an hour drive)
