Regent Grand.  This property is located directly on the 12 mile Grace Bay beach, rated #1 by "Condo 
Nast Traveler Magazine" and by the World Travel Award for years running.  The stunning turqoise 
water is unbelievably clear and the colors shine from deep blue to light green.  Grace Bay beach 
satisfies the water sports enthusiast and those who simply want to relax in the calm, sun drenched 
waters. 
This Pool Side Garden Villa offers a terrace, overlooking the signature infinity edge pool, and 
regal gardens.  The Regent Grand is centrally located within walking distance to shopping and 
gourmet restaurants.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Living Room:  Leather full size pull out sofa bed, 42" plasma TV with cable, DVD player and stereo 
CD player, WiFi available.  Kitchen:  Stove with oven, Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee 
maker, blender, all utensils and cooking equipment.  Master Bedroom:  King size bed, i-pod player 
docking station, LCD flat screen TV.  Spare Bedroom:  Two twin size beds,(if requested could 
convert to a King size), LCD flat screen TV with built in DVD player.  Laundry:  Washer/Dryer, Iron, 
Iron board.  Bathroom: Linen's, Bath robes, hair dryer.
On Site Amenities:  Infinity edge swimming pool, 2 heated Jacuzzi's, fully equipped fitness room, 
tennis court. Complimentary towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas.

There is No Smoking allowed.
