Vacation Rental Description

Location! Location! Location!  This DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo is a very large (just about 1000 sq.ft)
1 bedroom/1 bathroom. It has all brand new, sophisticated,upscale Living and Dining room furniture.  
It features a King-size bed with a large walkin closet. Lots of large windows/doors and a large 
lanai to hear and feel those ocean breezes!  The condo also has central air.  There is Cable TV/DVD 
in the LR and Cable TV in the Bedroom. A completely furnished kitchen including a washer and dryer 
for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi Internet and free Long Distance.  You don't get that very many 
places!  This is our own vacation home!

No stairs or elevators needed as this condo is on the Ground Floor with your own private entrance 
with lots of close parking too.  

Just steps to the beach!!! 

Wi-fi Internet and unlimited local and long distance calling even to Canada are included!

Very close to Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, shopping and right across the 
street from Publix for groceries.

You are 7 minutes from Port Canaveral to catch a cruise ship or a gambling ship.  10 mins. to 
Merritt Island for more shopping and restaurants, 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center and we are the 
closest beach to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studio (60 minutes).  Golfing is less than 10 
minutes away!  The list just goes on and on.......!

45 Mins. to Orlando Airport and 25 mins. to Melbourne Airport.

Also will allow 3-6 month rentals during April to December.

I know there is alot to read but there is alot to be had for a very reasonable price including 
linens, taxes and cleaning!!

Please note-There is no outside "play area" for young children.

3 weeks $1548.45 includes everything except the refundable damage deposit and key deposit listed 
below++++.
2 weeks $1215.45 includes everything except the refundable damage deposit and key deposit listed 
below++++.
1 week  $715.95 inlcudes everything except the refundable damage deposit and key deposit listed 
below++++.

+++++++There is an additional $200 damage deposit and a $50 key loss fee in addition to the above 
dollar amounts, fully refundable with no problems after departure.
