Vacation Rental Description

This lovely golf condo is ideally located in the community of Gator Trace Golf and Country Club, Ft.  
Pierce, Florida.  Conveniently located near the golf pro shop, restaurant, lounge, pool,  
shuffleboard and bocce ball courts. Complete privacy, overlooking a lake and the #8 green, this 3  
bedroom/2 bath condo is breathtaking on this 6136 yard (from the blue tees), par 70 golf  course. 
 
The master bedroom features a king size bed, with a 20" Sharp flat screen color TV w/wall-support  
and remote.  Double sliding glass doors open to a large screened in patio for your pleasure. 
A walk-in closet is a great amenity and adjacent you will find a huge bathroom and enjoy an over- 
size shower, sky light, deep tub and double sink vanity.  Second bedrm on the opposite side of the  
condo has twin beds, a 13" Sylvania color TV w/remote.  The third bedrm has a futon that's used as a  
double bed, along with a desk and chair.  The second full bathrm has a tub w/shower and glass doors. 
 
Upon entering you see two oversized chairs w/ottomans where you can view the 27" Panasonic flat  
screen TV w/remote or listen to the DVD or CD player from our four Bose speakers. 
Adjacent to this is the calming living room that has a micro fiber couch, love seat, ceiling fan and  
sliding glass doors that enter on to the double wide screened in patio.  The patio has two lounge  
chairs w/ottomans, a small table and a tallboy table with two matching swivel chairs.  
    
The modern kitchen has a sky light, ceiling fan and all the conveniences you could need.  The  
kitchen is 'turnkey', (everything you need and more.)  Tiles floors through out most of the condo  
except the second and third bedrooms which have plush carpet. Large area rugs where needed on tile. 
Tastefully decorated and also offers a one car garage for a car or golf cart. Garage has remote and   
stained wood stairs leading to the condo.

Rates are subject to 6.1/2% Florida State Tax, plus 5% Resort Tax and a $70.00 one time cleaning  
charge. 
Security deposit required.  Monthly reservations begin on the first day of the month to the last day  
of the month.
